超支化聚合物在多孔介质上的吸附滞留特征 被引量:5

摘要 采用浸泡法研究了以树枝状大分子为中心的驱油用超支化聚合物在石英砂上的静态吸附特征,并结合岩心流动实验装置测量其动态滞留量、阻力系数和残余阻力系数。实验中采用淀粉-碘化镉法测定聚合物的浓度。研究结果表明,驱油用超支化聚合物溶液的等温吸附曲线呈现三段式的吸附特点,即随聚合物平衡浓度的增大,初始阶段吸附量先增加后平稳,当平衡浓度达到940~960mg·L^-1时,吸附量出现第二次增长,最后趋于稳定;在多孔介质渗透率相近的条件下,聚合物支化程度越大,动态滞留量越大,建立残余阻力系数的能力越强。 Static adsorption characteristic of hyperbranched polymers with dendritic macromolecule as core for enhance oil recovery( EOR) on quartz sand was studied via soaking method.And the experimental facility of core fluxion was conducted to investigate its dynamic retention value,resistance factor( RF),residual resistance factor( RRF). The concentration of dendritic polymers was measured through starch cadmium iodide method.It was found that,isothermal adsorption curves of hyperbranched polymer solutions for EOR were presented to three stages. With the increase of equilibrium concentration of polymer solutions,the adsorption value increased and then stabilized at initial stage,and when the equilibrium concentration reached 940 ~ 960 mg·L^-1,amount of adsorption grew for the second time,finally tends to be stable; Under the condition of similar porous medium permeability,the increase of the dendritic polymer branching degree enlarged its dynamic retention value,resulting in the increase of RRF.
