摘要
采用紫外-可见吸收光谱法,研究了溶剂、浓度、温度、酸碱度等因素对吲哚菁绿(ICG)稳定性的影响;ICG在溶液中稳定存在的情况下,观察光源和超声对ICG溶液吸光度的影响,探讨ICG的光敏性和声敏性。结果表明,ICG在20%甲醇溶液中稳定存在,其最大吸收波长为781nm,ICG质量浓度在1~10μg·m L^(-1)范围内与A呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.0601+0.2165 c(μg·m L^(-1)),线性相关系数r=0.9996;在温度为0~97℃内和pH为3.25~12.50内,ICG具有很强的稳定性;光和超声对ICG的甲醇溶液的光敏性和声敏性有影响,在光照和超声联合作用下影响更敏感。
The influence of the solvent,concentration,temperature,pH on the stability of Indocyanine green( ICG) were explored using UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy.While ICG was stable in the solution,the effects of light and ultrasound to the absorbance of ICG solution wereexaminedto study the photosensitivity and acoustic sensitivity of ICG. The results showed that ICG was stable in20%methanol solution,and the maximum absorption wavelength is 781 nm,good linear relationship is obtained between the absorbance and the concentration of ICG in the range of 1 ~ 10 μg·mL^-1,and the equation of the linear regression is A= 0. 0601+0. 2165c( μg·mL^-1),linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9996. Within the temperature from 0 ℃ to 97 ℃ and the pH from 3. 25 to 12. 50,ICG has strong stability.There is an effect of light and ultrasound on photosensitivity and acoustic sensitivity of ICG in methanol solution.The effect is more with combinations of light and ultrasound.
