摘要 以乙酰乙酸乙酯和三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯与氰基乙酰胺为原料,经环化、氯化、水解、催化氢解脱卤得目标产物4-甲基烟酸和4-三氟甲基烟酸,中间体及目标产物结构由IR,MS和1H-NMR表征。 4-Methylnicotinic acid and 4-( trifluoromethyl) nicotinic acid were synthesized from ethyl 3-oxobutanoate and ethyl 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoate with 2-cyanoacetamide by cyclization,chlorination,hydrolysis and then catalytic hydogennation. The structures of target compounds were characterized by IR,MS and ^1H-NMR.
