摘要
2009年以来,我国的城市化发展进入快速期,在这种新的经济常态下我国房地产市场随之呈现价格上涨过快等现象,通过支持保障性住房、改善性住房建设,综合考虑城乡统筹等调控政策,促使房地产市场趋于稳定,从根本上解决房地产市场价格与购买力之间的矛盾问题,促进房地产市场稳定发展。
Since 2009, following the rapid growth of urbanization in China, the real estate price has shot sharply high under the new normal. The ways to make real estate market more stable and reduce contradictions between the price and the purchasing power are including supporting the construction of welfare housing and improved housing and the consideration of control policies such as Urban-rural overall planning.
