高校产学合作发展现状及对策分析——基于天津四所高校的调查 被引量:1

摘要 通过对天津四所高等院校产学合作现状的调研发现,天津高校产学合作存在思想认识及目标任务上的分歧,普遍存在课程体系设置不利于产学合作的开展;教学方式尚不能契合产学合作的需要;较少的继续培训的机会不利于教师实践能力的培养等问题,给产学合作教育带来了一定阻力。因此应充分发挥政府的协调服务职能、加强课程体系建设的双向合作、推进个性化课程的实施、理论教学与实践教学相结合、加强师资培训、打造"双师型"师资队伍等措施,确保产学合作良性开展。 The investigation of the current situation of industry-academy cooperation among four universities in Tianjin shows that there is the divergence in understanding and tasks, the curriculum system is not conducive to industry-academy cooperation, the teaching methods do not fit the needs of the cooperation, the teachers have less chance of further training in developing their practical abilities,all of which somehow hinder the cooperative education. Therefore, universities should give full play to the service functions of government coordination, strengthen two-way cooperation in curriculum system construction, promote the combination of implementation of individualized curriculum, theory with practice, enhance teachers' training, and create a teaching team with professional skills to ensure a virtuous development in industry-academy cooperation.
