抗氧化剂对单线态氧(^1O2)清除能力的一种生物评价方法 被引量:2

摘要 用微生物纸片法对抗氧化剂在生物环境中对单线态氧(^1O2)的清除能力进行评价.测定了10个抗氧化剂的^1O2清除能力和DPPH自由基清除能力,并从构效关系分析不同抗氧化剂^1O2清除能力的不同.结果表明,该方法可以作为抗氧化剂^1O2清除能力的一种常规实验室定量测定方法. A biological method, named microbiological paper method, for the evaluation of singlet oxygen (^1O2 ) scavenging capacities of antioxidants in biological systems was proposed. The ^1O2 scavenging capacities of 10 antioxidant compounds were determined. Furthermore, the results were also expounded reasonably by the structure - activity relation, and compared with those obtained by the DPPH . procedure. It was concluded that this assay could be utilized as a routine laboratory quantitative assay to evaluate the scavenging activity against ^1O2 .
