The China＇s economy has changed into the new normality of mode transference, structure adjustment and power increase since 2012, which means more new opportunities yet more challenges. The fundamental solution to the challenges is to find the impetus of the healthy development of economy. At present, China is in the period of rapid development of urbanization, which can provide a large space and a strong function for development and has become the fundamental impetus of China ＇ s economy development in the new normality.
