摘要
用心理资本问卷和情绪管理能力问卷对大学生进行调查,探讨了二者之间的关系.结果发现:(1)大学生心理资本(3.56±0.46)与情绪管理能力(3.82±0.54)整体上比较好;(2)心理资本和情绪管理能力呈显著正相关(p<0.01);(3)自我效能、乐观和韧性因子对情绪管理具有预测作用,贡献率为38.3%;运用能力、理解能力和调控能力均对心理资本具有预测作用,贡献率为36.40%.
To explore the relationship between College Students' Psychological Capital and Emotion Management Ability, Using the Psychological Capital Questionnaire and the Emotion Management Questionnaire to investigate College Students. The results showed:(1) Students' psychological capital( 3. 56 ± 0. 46) and emotion management ability( 3. 82 ± 0. 54) are better;( 2) There is significant positive correlation between psychological capital and emotion management ability( p 0. 01);( 3) Self- efficacy,optimism and resilience have predictive effect on emotional management, and the ability of using, understanding and control have predictive effect on psychological capital too, the contribution rates are 38.3% and 36.40% respectively
