电石法聚氯乙烯工艺触媒单耗影响因素分析

Analysis on the factors of catalyst consumption in the production of PVC by calcium carbide method

分别对电石法聚氯乙烯工艺中触媒、触媒填装、原料气、生产工艺与设备等因素对触媒单耗的影响进行了分析,提出了降低触媒单耗应注意的问题和采取的措施。

The factors affecting the consumption of catalyst were analyzed in the production of calcium carbide method,the catalyst,catalyst＇s filling,raw material gas,production technology and equipment factors were analyzed respectively,attention problems and measures were proposed in this paper.
