通过使用高效除雾器代替水碱洗装置中的水洗塔,一方面使进入碱洗塔的原料气达到进塔标准,降低了碱的消耗量,保证了碱洗系统的正常运行,极大的减少了用水量;另一方面高效除雾器底部收集的盐酸排至组合塔酸罐,减少了盐酸深解吸装置,节约了成本、降低了能耗、减少了设备的腐蚀。
