摘要
为了解不同光强下观赏凤梨的生理变化,探讨光照条件对其生长的影响,为观赏凤梨规范化种植及生态因子的调节提供理论依据,以1年生观赏凤梨为材料,采用田间对比试验,用遮阴网进行不同程度的遮阴处理,测定4种遮阴水平下观赏凤梨可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量。结果表明,遮阴使观赏凤梨叶片内可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量发生变化,7月20日后叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量从高到低依次为:未遮阴>75%遮阴>50%遮阴>30%遮阴;可溶性糖含量从高到低依次为:未遮阴>75%遮阴>30%遮阴>50%遮阴。
This dissertation mainly took 1-year-grown bromeliaceae as test sample, undertaking contrast experiment, measured four different shading level of soluble protein and soluble sugar in bromeliaceae, to explain different physiological changes under different light intensity and the effect of light intensity, and serve as theoretical evidences to bromeliaceae plantation and the adjustment of ecological factors. The results showed that shading effects to the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar changed in bromeliaceae. The soluble protein order was no shade75% shade50% shade30% shade, soluble sugar content orders was no shade75% shade30%shade50% shade after July 20.
