摘要
随着新型城镇化进程的推进,乡村学校教育质量日益得到国家的重视。传统的课程管理已不能满足乡村学校校本课程开发的需求,需要因时因地地发生转变。文章分析传统课程管理和课程治理的基本内涵和价值意蕴,厘清当前乡村学校校本课程开发的困境及主要原因,指出课程治理是当前乡村学校校本课程开发的必由之路,并尝试性地提出校本课程治理需坚持民主治理和动态治理的原则以及新的治理模式。
With the advancement of new urbanization process in China, the quality of rural schools increasingly gains national attention. The traditional course management has been unable to meet rural needs of school-based curriculum development, which has to be changed de- pending on the circumstances. This paper analyzes the basic meaning and value implications of traditional course management and governance programs,clarifying the main reason for the cun^nt plight of rural schools and school-based curriculum development. It points out that curricu- lum governance is the only way for the development of school based curriculum in rural schools and puts forward the idea that curriculum gover- nance needs to adhere to the principles of democratic governance and dynamic management,and it need a new governance model.
