摘要
以2-丁基-3-(4-羟基苯甲酰基)-5-硝基苯并呋喃和1-二正丁胺-3-氯丙烷为起始原料,依次经醚化、硝基还原、甲磺酰化,最后用氯化氢溶液成盐制备得盐酸决奈达隆,总收率为52.4%。产物结构经1H NMR和MS等进行了确认。
Dronedarone hydrochloride was synthesized by etherfication, nitro reduction, methyl sulfonylation, finally salt formation using hydrogen chloride solution with 2 - butyl - 3 - (4 - hydroxylbenzoyl) - 5 - nitrobenzo - furan and 1 - di - n - butylamine - 3 - chloropropane as the starting material, total yield was 52. 4%. The structure of the product was confirmed by ^1H NMR and MS.
