摘要
分析了乙炔清净废硫酸所制石膏不能生产出合格水泥的原因,指出废硫酸中的固体杂质、有机物及鏻盐杂质是影响废硫酸所制石膏在水泥生产中的主要原因,对这三者的有效清除能够显著提高最终制备的水泥的品质。
The paper analyzes the reasons why the gypsum prepared with the waste sulfuric acid in the purification process of acetylene cannot produce qualified cement. It was found that solid insoluble precipitate, organic impurities and phosphonium salts in the waste sulfuric acid are the main reason. After removing the three impurities, the gypsum can produce better quality cement than before.
