气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定稻谷中草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸残留量 被引量:3

摘要 建立了一种用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对稻谷中草甘膦和氨甲基磷酸的残留量进行测定的分析方法,适量水提取样品,二氯甲烷除去杂质,浓缩后衍生,氮吹后用柠檬醛乙酸乙酯溶解,取上清液注入气质联用仪分析。采用程序升温,用保留时间及特征离子定性,外标法定量。该方法测定草甘膦含量具有较高的准确度,草甘膦回收率为89.9%~96.4%之间,相对标准偏差1.60%,方法检出限为0.005mg/kg。对比其他检测方法,该方法所得结果没有差异,且可以做到更低的检出限,同时具备较好的回收率和精密度。 Established a method to determinate glyphosate and (Aminomethyl)phosphonic acid residues in cereal gains by GC -MS, extracted sample with a moderate amount of water, removed impurities with dichloromethane, derived after concentrated, blowed- off the solvent with nitrogen, dissolved with eitral ethyl acetate solution, injected supernatant on the ge- ms. Adopted temperature programmed, qualitatived by retention time and characteristics of the ions ,quantitatived with external standard method. This method had high accuracy,the recovery rate of glyphosate was between 89.9% ~ 96.4%, relative standard deviation was 1.60%, detection limit was 0. 005 mg/kg. There was no differences between this method with others, and this one could achieve a lower detection limit,better recovery rate and precision.
