本文主要论述赤峰博元科技有限公司20kt/a粗酚精制装置系统的结焦情况,深入分析了结焦物质的成分及其形成原因,并提出相应的处理对策及预防措施,对粗酚精制装置长期稳定运行具有良好的借鉴意义。
The paper mainly discussed the coking on 20kt/a crude phenol refining device of Chifeng Boyuan Technology Co. , Ltd. , deeply analyzed the reasons of the coking, put forward corresponding treatment and preventive measures, which might provide reference for the steady device of crude phenol refining.
