摘要
以根茎冰草(Agropyron michnoi)为试验材料,采用"3414"不完全正交回归设计,研究了氮、磷、钾不同施肥条件对根茎冰草的产量及营养成分的影响。结果表明,氮、磷、钾配施均显著提高根茎冰草产量及营养成分的含量。施用氮磷钾肥,分别为17.4、66.7、8.0 g/m2时,产量最高为1.01 kg/m2;只施用氮钾肥,分别为34.8、16.0 g/m2时,粗蛋白含量最高,为15.83%;施用氮磷钾肥,分别为17.4、66.7、8.0 g/m2时,粗脂肪含量最高,为7.22%;施用氮磷钾肥,分别为52.2、66.7、16.0 g/m2时,粗灰分含量最高,为7.44%;施用氮磷钾肥,分别为34.8、100.0、16.0 g/m2时,钙含量最高,为0.274%,磷含量最高,为0.279%,产量及营养成分含量最高施肥处理均显著高于其他施肥处理及空白对照。以产量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷的含量为评价标准,根据氮磷钾配施三元二次多项式回归模型计算结果,得出最佳施肥量:氮为28.11 g/m2,磷为74.99 g/m2,钾为15.35 g/m2。氮磷钾最佳施肥组合为2.8∶7.5∶1.5。
Agropyron michnoi,was investigated using design of "3414" incomplete orthogonal regression,effect of yield and nutritional components of Agropyron michnoi under nitrogen;phosphorus and potassium different fertilization condition was studied.Research results showed that NPK fertilizer combined both significantly increased the yield of Agropyron michnoi and nutrition constituents in it. Applying N,P,K treatment were 17.4, 66.7, 8.0 g/m2, the highest yield was 1.01 kg / m2; applying NK treatment were 34.8, 16.0 g/m2,peak crude protein content was 15.83%; applying N,P,K treatment were 17.4, 66.7,8.0 g/m2,the highest crude fat content was 7.22%; applying N,P,K treatment were 52.2, 66.7, 16.0 g/m2,peak crude ash content was 7.44%;applying N,P,K treatment were 34.8 g,100.0 g,16.0 g per m2,maximum calcium content and phosphorus content were 0.274% and 0.279%,production and nutritional components content were significantly higher than CK and others. Comparing by crude protein,crude fat,crude ash,calcium,phosphorus,as evaluation standards. The result was calculated by ternary quadratic polynomial regression model.Optimum amount of fertilization is N ∶28.11 g / m2,P ∶74.99 g / m2,K ∶15.35 g / m2(N∶P∶K=2.8∶7.5∶1.5).
