响应面法优化水浴提取太白贝母粗多糖工艺 被引量:5

摘要 对太白贝母(Fritillaries taipaiensis)粗多糖提取工艺进行研究,采用水浴提取太白贝母粗多糖,在单因素试验基础上以提取时间、提取温度、料液比为试验因素,采用3因素3水平响应面分析方法进行试验。结果表明,3个因素对太白贝母粗多糖提取率的影响从大到小顺序为提取时间、提取温度、料液比,通过典型性分析得出最优工艺条件为提取温度84.2℃,提取时间为1.6 h,料液比为1∶16.3(g∶m L),得到的粗多糖提取率为1.267%。响应面法对太白贝母粗多糖提取条件的优化是可行的,可用于实际预测。 To study the extraction process of polysaccharide in Fritillary taipaiensis(FTP), it would provide a basis for indepth utilization of FTP. On the basis of single factor experiments with the method of water bath extraction,response surface analysis method of a three-variable(extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio), and in three-level was adopted. The experimentoptimal parameters of extraction process was researched by using response surface method. The order of affective factors of FTP on polysaccharide extraction rate was : extraction time 〉 extraction temperature 〉 solid-liquid ratio.By typicality analysis, the optimum process conditions were as follows: the ultrasonic treatment time was 1.6 h, the extraction temperature was 84.2 ℃ and the material / liquid ratio was 1∶16.3(g∶m L). Under such conditions, an optimal total sugar yield of 1.267% was obtained. It showed that the optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted polysaccharide extraction process from FTP using response surface method is feasible, which can be used in practical forecasting.
