中小企业社会责任促进因素分析--以湖北省长江经济带为例 被引量:1

摘要 以文献研究和专家访谈为基础,通过调查问卷的编制,以湖北长江经济带191家中小企业为样本,对企业履行社会责任的促进因素进行探索性因子分析。结果表明,中小企业履行社会责任的促进因素可划分为内部动力和外部压力两个维度,其中内部动力主要包括企业家经营理念等8个题项,外部压力主要包括第三方企业社会责任评价机构的约束等8个题项。最后,对中小企业管理层和政府部门分别提出了有针对性的管理对策和政策建议。 Based on the literature research and experts interviews, by compiling a questionnaire and conducting a survey on191 small and medium-sized enterprises in Hubei Yangtze river economic belt,an analysis was carried out about motivation factors for the small and medium-sized enterprises social responsibility. The results showed that the motivation factors consisted of both internal forces and external pressure, in which internal forces mainly included 8 items such as entrepreneur’s management concept etc. and external pressure also included 8 items such as constraints of third-party CSR evaluation institution etc. Finally, the countermeasures and policy suggestions were put forward for small and medium-sized enterprise management and government.
