摘要
圆度是轴类零件的一项重要指标,也是生产中必须检测的项目,但零件圆度的精确测量具有一定难度。该研究源于工程实践,介绍一种基于计算机视觉技术的手机马达转轴的圆度判定方法,通过对CCD相机采集到的转轴图像进行处理,然后对处理后的图像进行边缘检测,使用极点法进行圆度评定。根据上述方法进行测量系统的硬件、软件设计。实际应用表明,该方法鲁棒性强、实时性好,实现非接触式的转轴圆度判定。
Roundness is one of the testing items for spiale parts, but it is not easy to measure the roundness of the parts precisely. Based on engineering practice, introduces a method of measuring the roundness of the motor spiale based on computer vision. After processes the images of the spiales acquired by CCD camera, edge detection will be conducted on the processed images and then pole method will be used to measure the roundness. The hardware and software design of the measuring system is created based on the method mentioned above. Practical application indicates that this method can achieve non-contact measurement of the spiale roundness with high robustness and good real-time performance.
