摘要 首先给出绿色建筑电气系统"调适"的相关概念,阐述其基本内涵;然后详细论述在项目的预设计、设计、施工、验收以及维护5个阶段中电气系统调适的策略,以及调适带来的收益;最后以中美清洁能源建筑节能项目二期示范项目"兴业新能源产业园"研发楼为实例,简单分析和验证调适策略的可行性。 Firstly, the article explains relevant concepts of green building electrical system commissioning and its basic meaning, and then it discusses respective electrical system commissioning strategies & the benefit from adjustment regarding to the five stages in project, i. e. predesign, design, construction, acceptance and maintenance. In the end, it simply analyzes and verifies the feasibility of commissioning strategies by taking R & D building in "Singyes New Energy Industrial Park" as an example, which is the demonstration project in the second-phase of US- China Clean Energy building energy efficiency project.
