护理告知与知情同意制度在心血管内科的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价强化护理告知与知情同意制度在心血管内科中的应用价值。方法:心内科2013年共收治496例住院患者纳入对照组,2014年收治522例住院患者纳入观察组,前者执行传统护理告知与知情同意制度,无系统规范性,2014年后建立健全告知制度,加强培训提高护士综合能力、加强对患者宣传教育,对比相关指标。结果:2014年第1、2、3、4季度患者知情满意度水平分布、对告知内容理解程度水平分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2014年护理差错发生率、费用异议发生率、不良护理结局发生率、护患纠纷合计率、护理投诉率低于2013年(P<0.05)。结论:完善的护理告知与知情同意制度,可降低护患纠纷发生风险,改善患者预后,提升医疗服务整体水平。 Objective: To assess the value of strengthening nursing informed consent system in Cardiovascular Department. Methods: 496 patients treated in Cardiovascular Department during 2013 were included in the control group,while 522 patients from that during 2014 were included in the observation group,the former performing traditional nursing informed consent system with non- normative system. In 2014,the nursing informed consent system system was established and perfected,with the training to improve nurses' comprehensive ability strengthened,and the publicity and education of patients enhanced. And then the related indicators before and after the change of the system were compared. Results: The horizontal distribution of patients' Informed satisfaction,and the understanding extent of content were different between four quarters in 2014,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The incidence of nursing errors,costs objection,and adverse nursing outcome,the total rate of nurse- patient disputes,and the rate of care complaints in 2014 were lower than those of 2013,with the difference statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing informed consent system can reduce the risk of nurse- patient disputes,improve patients' prognosis,and improve the overall level of medical services.
