谐振治疗对早期偏瘫患者上肢痉挛肌肉张力的影响

The effect of resonance treatment on the muscle tension of upper limb spasm in patients with early hemiplegia

目的探讨谐振治疗对早期偏瘫患者上肢痉挛肌肉张力的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2015年6月在济宁医学院附属医院康复医学科住院的脑卒中后上肢肌肉痉挛的偏瘫患者60例,随机分为康复组(30例)和谐振组(30例)。康复组采用肢体综合训练、作业疗法及低频治疗3种手段对患者上肢痉挛肌肉康复治疗,谐振组在常规康复手段基础上加用谐振治疗,采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)来评定痉挛程度,观察两组患者上肢肌张力改善情况。结果谐振组的总有效率90.00%,明显高于康复组(63.33%),两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.48,P<0.05)。治疗后谐振组MAS评分为(1.97±1.10)分,康复组为(2.10±1.09)分,两组比较统计学有差异(t=3.43,P<0.05)。结论在常规康复治疗基础上加用谐振治疗可显著改善早期偏瘫患者上肢痉挛肌肉张力。

Objective To investigate the effect of the resonance treatment on the muscle tension of upper limb spasm in patients with early hemiplegia. Methods Sixty stroke patients with limb spasticity which hospitalization in Jining Medical College Hospital Department of Rehabilitation of the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into Rehabilitation group（ n = 30）,Harmonic treatment group（ n = 30）. Rehabilitation group received comprehensive physical rehabilitation training,occupational therapy and lowfrequency therapy in patients with upper limb spasticity of muscle rehabilitation.Resonance group based on the conventional rehabilitation treatment with resonance,using the modified Ashworth scale（ MAS） to assess spasm in degrees to observe the two groups of patients with upper limb muscle tension. Results In Resonance resonance group total efficiency 90. 00%,was significantly higher than the rehabilitation group（ 63. 33%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In Resonance resonance group and rehabilitation group after treatment of MAS score is was（ 1. 97 ± 1. 10） and（ 2. 10 ± 1.09）,and there are were differences between the two groups of comparative statistics（ t = 3. 43,P〈0. 05）.Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy combined with resonance therapy can significantly improve upper limb spasm in patients with hemiplegia early muscle tension.
