温阳解郁汤治疗老年不寐的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Wenyang Jieyu Decoction for Treatment of Senile Insomnia

【目的】观察温阳解郁汤治疗老年不寐的临床疗效。【方法】将84例不寐患者随机分为治疗组44例和对照组40例,分别予以温阳解郁汤和小剂量阿普唑仑治疗,2组均以15 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。【结果】(1)治疗组总有效率为93.18%,对照组为92.50%,2组疗效相仿,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗组不良反应发生率为9.0%,对照组为30.0%,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】温阳解郁汤治疗老年不寐疗效显著,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Jieyu decoction for the treatment of senile insomnia patients. Methods Eighty-four senile insomnia patients were randomly divided into study group（44cases）and control group（40 cases）,which were treated with Wenyang Jieyu decoction and small dose of Alprazolam tablets respectively. The Treatment lasted for 30 days in both groups. After treatment,clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results（1）The total effective rate of the study group was 93.18% and that of the control group was 92.50%,the difference being insignificant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.（2） The incidence of side effect of the study group was 9.0% and that of the control group was 30.0%,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wenyang Jieyu decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of senile insomnia.
