摘要 【目的】考察银屑灵优化方抗炎作用及免疫调节功能,探讨其抗银屑病作用环节。【方法】采用弗氏佐剂法致大鼠关节炎模型,观察银屑灵优化方对大鼠关节病理变化的影响;采用醋酸腹腔注射复制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型,观察银屑灵优化方对小鼠腹腔渗出液含量的影响;采用脂多糖(LPS)致小鼠肝损伤的模型,观察银屑灵优化方对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)含量的影响。【结果】银屑灵优化方低、中、高剂量组可显著改善佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠炎症症状;银屑灵优化方低、高剂量组可显著降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性(P<0.01);银屑灵优化方低、中、高剂量组可显著降低模型小鼠血清的TNF-α含量(P<0.01),增加模型小鼠血清的IFN-γ含量(P<0.05),部分剂量组疗效与阳性对照药醋酸波尼松组和郁金银屑片组相仿。【结论】银屑灵优化方具有一定的抗炎活性与免疫调节作用。 Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and immuneregulative effect of optimized Yinxieling Formalu(OYF), thus to explore its anti-psoriasis mechanism. Methods Arthritis rat model was induced by Freund's adjuvant for investigating the influence of OYF on rat articular pathology. Mouse model of increased permeability of abdominal cavity capillary induced by acetic acid was used to evaluate the influence of OYF on the content of mouse peritoneal exudate. Mouse model of liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) was established for the observation of the effect of OYF on the serum content of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ). Results Low-, middle- and high- dose OYF relieved the inflammation symptoms of adjuvant arthritis rat model, decreased abdominal cavity capillary permeability of model mice significantly(except the middle dose),and reduced the serum content of TNF-α(P〈0.01) and increased the serum content of IFN-γ in liver injury mice(P〈0.05). The therapeutic efficacy of some dose of OYF was similar to the positive control drugs of prednisone acetate and Yujin Yinxie Tablets. Conclusion OYF has certain antiinflammatory activity and immunoregulative effect on psoriasis.
