摘要
山钢股份莱芜分公司针对半连轧棒材生产线钢材定尺率低的现状,采取了系列优化改进措施:经过计算确定了坯料的长度及切头、切尾长度,控制钢坯开轧温度,改用液压缸直接驱动锯体横移和设计安装活动锯口对热锯机进行改造等,在保证成材率稳定的前提下,钢材定尺率由15%提高至98%,热锯定尺精度可控制在30 mm之内。
In view of the problem of lower rate of steel cut-to-length in semi-automatic rebar production line of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., a series of improvement measures are adopted, such as calculating and determining the length of the billet and length of tops tails cutting, billet rolling temperature controlling, changing the hydraulic cylinder direct drive lateral movement saw body, designing and installation activities curf to modify hot sawing machine, etc. Under the premise condition of guarantee the stability of yield, the cut-to-length rate of steel is improved from 15% to 98%, the thermal cut to length accuracy can be controlled within 30 mm.
