九羊集团2^#高炉开炉铁口通风技术改造

Technical Transformation of No.2 Blast Furnace Taphole in Jiuyang Group

九羊集团富伦钢铁公司炼铁厂2#420 m3高炉大修时,对高炉开炉铁口通风进行技术改造,制作和安装通风管氧气混合装置,制定第一炉出铁操作步骤。改造后,出铁铁口无需人工开口,提高了开炉安全系数,减少吹氧管2 t左右,降低了炉前工的劳动强度。

Duing the overhaul of No.2 420 m^3 BF in ironworks in Fulun Steel Co. Ltd., the technical transformation were carried out,which included compressed air charged into the taphole of the blast furnace, production and installation of ventilation pipe oxygen mixing device, making the first furnace tapping operation steps. After the transformation, manual opening is no need for iron mouth, it improved safety factor of blow. About 2 t of the oxygen tube and furnace man labor intensity is reduced.
