摘要 用Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机研究了一种含钒0.21%钢在750~1 000℃的热塑性行为,并用扫描电镜观察了不同温度下试验钢的断口形貌。结果表明,随着温度降低,断面收缩率降低;在试验钢A3温度以上、A1和A3温度之间这两个温度区间内的断口形貌明显不同。试验钢适宜的矫直温度应不低于850℃。 The hot ductility behavior of a 0.21% V containing steel at temperature 750-1 000 ℃ was carried out using the Gleeble3800, and the fracture of tested samples were observed using scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the hot ductility,the percentage of reduction of area decreased as the temperature come down, and the fracture morphology above the A3 temperature is obviously different from that in the range from A1 to A3temperature. The temperature higher than 850 ℃ for straightening is suitable to test steel.
