生命周期视角下电子健康档案隐私保护研究

Research on the Privacy Protection Strategy of Electronic Health Records under Life Cycle Perspective

目的:从生命周期理论视角探索电子健康档案隐私保护问题及对策,为电子健康档案隐私保护提供参考。方法:基于生命周期理论,将电子健康档案从始至终划分为不同的阶段,根据不同阶段隐私泄露风险提出相应隐私保护要求和建议。结果:在生命周期理论视角下,从概念设计、创建、保存、交换共享和利用五阶段阐述了电子文件档案隐私保护策略。结论:生命周期视角下研究电子健康档案隐私保护能针对各阶段问题提出针对性的建议,在一定程度上保障了电子健康档案隐私安全和有效利用。

Objective： To explore the privacy protection of the electronic health records from the perspective of life cycle theory, and provide a reference for the privacy protection of the electronic health records. Methods： Based on the theory of life cycle, electronic health records is divided into different stages from beginning to end, then corresponding privacy protection requirements and suggestions are proposed according to different stages of privacy disclosure risk. Results： In the perspective of life cycle theory, the paper expounds the privacy protection strategy of electronic health records from five stages： concept design, create, save, exchange sharing and utilization. Conclusion： In the perspective of life cycle theory, researching on the privacy protection of the electronic health records can be targeted at the proposal of each stage, to a certain extent, the privacy security of electronic health records is protected and used effectively.
