慢性荨麻疹应用依巴斯汀联合雷公藤多苷治疗的效果

The Effect of Ebastine Combined with Tripterygium Glycosides in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的:分析观察依巴斯汀联合雷公藤多苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2013年10月-2014年10月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的慢性荨麻疹患者90例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用依巴斯汀联合雷公藤多苷进行治疗,对照组患者单用依巴斯汀进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的症状评分、治疗的总有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组临床症状评分情况均明显优于治疗前,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出现3例不良反应,对照组患者出现4例不良发应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用依巴斯汀联合雷公藤多苷治疗慢性荨麻疹可有效地改善临床症状,具有较高的治疗效率以及较低的不良反应发生率,值得在临床治疗中进行推广使用。

Objective：To analyze and observe the clinical effect of Ebastine combined with Tripterygium Glycosides in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Method：90 patients with chronic urticaria treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation and the control group,the observation group was treated with Ebastine combined with Tripterygium Glycosides,the control group was treated with Ebastine alone.Result：After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in the two groups were better than before treatment（P0.05）,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,and the observation group was caused 3 cases of adverse reactions,the control group was 4 cases,the difference had no significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ebastine combined with Tripterygium Glycosides in the treatment of chronic urticaria can effectively improve clinical symptoms and has the advantages of high treatment efficiency and lower incidence of adverse reactions.They are worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
