循证护理在重症急性胰腺炎护理中的运用

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:研究循证护理在重症急性胰腺炎护理中的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2015年6月治疗的80例重症急性胰腺炎患者,将其均分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用循证护理模式,观察两组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组的住院时间为(8.5±1.2)d,短于对照组,观察组并发症发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的20.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为97.5%,治愈率为60.0%,均高于对照组的80.0%、30.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100%,高于对照组的82.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在重症急性胰腺炎的护理中,循证护理能够有效改善患者的体征与临床症状,预防并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者的生存质量与护理满意度。

Objective：To study the application value of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of severe acute pancreatitis.Method：80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were treated from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group used evidence-based nursing model,observed the treatment effect and the nursing satisfaction.Result：The hospitalization time of the observation group was（8.5±1.2）d,shorter than the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was 2.5%,lower than the control group（20.0%）,the differences were significant（P0.05）.The total effective treatment rate of the observation group was 97.5%,the cure rate was 60.0%,greater than the control group（80.0%,30.0%）,the differences were significant（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,higher than the control group（82.5%）,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the nursing of severe acute pancreatitis,evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the symptoms and clinical symptoms,prevent complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve patient＇s quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
