血液净化中人性化护理干预效果研究

Study on the Effect of Humanized Nursing Intervention in Blood Purification

目的:探析人性化护理干预在血液净化中的运用效果。方法:选择2013年2月-2015年2月笔者所在医院收治的139例血液净化患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序的编号将其分为两组,其中对照组给予常规护理,而观察组则运用人性化护理干预,对两组的并发症发生率和住院时间进行对比和分析。结果:两组患者的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的并发症发生率低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上将人性化护理干预运用在血液净化中,不仅可以降低并发症发生率,还能提高患者满意度,缓解紧张的护患关系,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention in the application of blood purification.Method：139 patients with blood purification in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 selected as the research objects,according to the sequence of admission number,they were divided into two groups,the control group was recived the routine care,while the observation group was used of the humanization nursing intervention,the incidence of complications and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：The patients＇ satisfaction of the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with the control group,the complication rates of the observation group was lower, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical application of humanized nursing intervention in blood purification can not only reduce the incidence of complications,but also improve patient satisfaction,ease the tension of the nurse patient relationship,it is worth promoting.
