综合护理应用于肺癌术后患者对其生活质量的作用

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Life Quality of Patients with Lung Cancer after Operation

目的:研究综合护理干预方法对肺癌术后患者生活质量的改善作用。方法:抽取2010年6月-2013年4月笔者所在医院胸外科收治的106例肺癌术后患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,干预组53例,术后采用综合护理干预;对照组53例,术后采用常规护理干预。分析归纳两组研究对象生活质量的改善情况。结果:干预组癌性疲乏程度低于对照组,生活质量四项因子(社会功能、物质生活、心理功能和躯体功能)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者术后采用综合护理干预护理工作具有明确的目的性,有效患者术后癌性疲乏,提高其生活质量,值得在临床开展应用。

Objective：To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on life quality of patients with lung cancer after operation.Method：106 patients with lung cancer who were treated by department of thoracic surgery in our hospitalfrom June 2010 to April 2013 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the clinical data.53 cases in the intervention group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The quality of life of two groups were analyzed.Result：The level of cancer fatigue in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the social function,material life,psychological function and physical function score of four factors of life quality were higher than those of the control group,the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer after operation has a clear purpose,effective patients with postoperative cancer fatigue,improve their quality of life,it is worth to be carried out in clinical application.
