Operative cooperation of laparoscopy combined with choledochfiberscope choledocholithotomy

目的探讨腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜胆总管切开取石术的手术配合技巧。方法总结100例进行腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆总管切开取石术的手术配合体会。结果100例手术均成功，手术时间115～240min，出血量10～50ml，术中器械状态良好、手术配合紧密，无手术中转或延时，未出现戳孔感染、皮下气肿等手术并发症。结论术前充分准备、术中医护密切配合、良好的器械状态是保证手术成功的关键。

Objective To explore operative cooperation techniques of laparoscopy combined with choledochfiberscope choledocholithotomy. Method Summarized the operative cooperation experience in 100 cases of laparoscopy combined with choledochfiberscope choledocholithotomy. Results 100 cases of surgery succeeded. The operation time was 115-240 minutes, bleeding volume was 10-50 ml, the surgical instrument during operation was in good condition, with compact operative cooperation. There was no operative converted or delayed, no operative complications such as trocar infection or pneumohypoderma. Conclusion The key point of successful operation are adequate preoperative preparation, perfect operative cooperation and good instruments condition.
