摘要
2014年11月我们对1例7 cm×8 cm脾囊肿施行腹腔镜脾部分切除术。脐下穿刺置入trocar,用电钩、超声刀、Liga Sure游离脾下极血管,分别用Hem-o-lok双重结扎后切断,可见脾下极肿物及部分脾组织缺血变色,在缺血线内用超声刀将脾肿物连同部分脾组织一起切除,放置腹腔引流管1根。术中出血60 ml,手术时间94 min。随访8个月,患者无不适症状,复查血小板在正常范围。我们认为腹腔镜脾部分切除术可行。
In this paper,we reported a case of splenic cyst sized 7 cm × 8 cm treated in our hospital in November 2014. The Liga Sure was placed into through the trocar,the blood vessels were cut off with Hem-o-lok double ligation,and the tumor was seen in the lower pole of the spleen. The tumor was resected with partial spleen tissue under ultrasonic knife. One abdominal cavity drainage tube was placed. The amount of bleeding was 60 ml,and the operation time was 94 min. The patient was followed up for 8 months,showing no symptoms and normal platelet count. We deem that laparoscopic partial splenectomy is feasible.
