生物学标志物在心力衰竭早期诊断中作用的研究进展

Research progress of the role of biological markers in early diagnosis of heart failure

心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的最后阶段,心力衰竭早期阶段选取适当的生物学标志物,对心衰识别、风险评估和患者管理都具有重要的临床意义。本文主要对近年文献报道的心肌应激标志物、心肌损伤相关的标志物、细胞外基质、循环中的微小RNA和炎症因子等在心衰的早期诊断中的重要作用做一综述,并评价了这些标志物在早期心衰诊断,预防和患者管理中的价值。

Heart failure（ HF） is the final stage of various cardiac diseases. It＇s important to use appropriate biomarkers for identifying heart failure in the early stage,managing patients,and optimizing risk stratification in clinical setting. This review summarizes the important roles of markers related to cardiac stress,myocardial injury,extracellular matrix,micro RNA and inflammatory factors which were reported in literatures in recent years,and assessed their clinical value in the early diagnosis and prevention of heart failure.
