基于生态技术视角的吴越地区民居改造创新——以杭州滨江区陈家村177号民居改造为例

Renovating and innovating Wuyue's residences in view of eco-technologies-Taking renovated residence of 177 Chenjia village,Binjiang,Hangzhou as an example

传统的地域乡村建筑居住环境差强人意及热舒适性远未达标,并且民居地域风格日趋减弱,因而难以应对不断加剧的能耗压力和文脉传承的文化需求。采用生态技术对杭州白马湖自建现代民居进行建筑节能和风格改造,以明晰传统吴越文化和现代建筑生态技术的平衡支点,总结吴越区域性民居生态节能改造的设计思路和应用方法,以期为推广浙江一带"美丽乡村"建筑的生态改造提供借鉴。

The living environment of traditional regional rural architecture is barely satisfactory,in addition,its thermal comfort can not reach the standard and the regional style of the residences become weak increasingly.Therefore,it＇s hard to cope with the aggravated pressure of energy consumption and the needs of the culture inheritance.Thus,we have to adopt ecotechnologies to carry out building energy-conservation design and style transformation for the modern residences built by owners at Hangzhou White Horse Lake,clearly understand the balance point between the traditional Wuyue culture and the eco-technologies of modern architecture and summarize the design thought and applied method of the ecological energysaving renovation for the regional residences in Wuyue,in order to provide reference for thepromotion of the architecture＇s ecological reconstruction for＂beautiful villages＂in Zhejiang area.
