压疮灵对压疮模型大鼠局部病理改变和血清SOD、MDA、EGF和IL-6含量的影响

Effects of Yachuangling on the pathological changes and the content of SOD,MDA,EGF and IL-6 in serum of rats with pressure ulcers

目的:探讨压疮灵对压疮模型大鼠的作用及作用机制。方法:取雄性SD大鼠140只,分成正常组对照组、模型组、阳性药物组、压疮灵高(生药0.4 g/m L)、中(生药0.2 g/m L)、低(生药0.1 g/m L)剂量组,除正常组对照组外,各组造模后,连续给药14d,分别于第7天和第14天给药30 min后,腹主动脉取血,测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、表皮生长因子(EGF)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。末次给药后处死动物,取压疮中心组织,进行切片观察。结果:模型组压疮局部溃疡、坏死严重;压疮灵各治疗组压疮局部溃疡、坏死减少,皮肤修复比较完整;给药7 d和14 d后,与模型组比较,压疮灵各治疗组大鼠血清SOD、EGF水平升高、MDA和IL-6含量降低,有显著性差异;与溶媒组比较,压疮灵各治疗组大鼠血清SOD、EGF水平升高、MDA和IL-6含量降低,有显著性差异。结论:压疮灵外用对模型大鼠压疮的愈合有促进作用,其机制可能与提高压疮模型大鼠血清SOD和EGF水平、降低压疮炎症发生时异常增高的血清MDA和IL-6水平有关。

AIM： To investigate the effect and mechanism of Yachuangling on rats with pressure ulcer.METHODS： 140 male rats were randomly classified into normal group,model group,positive drug group and the high（0.4 g/mL）,medium（0.2g/m L） and low（0.1g/m L） YCL dose group.After rats model-making,treatments continued for 14 consecutive days.On the 7th day and14 th day 30 minutes after applying the drugs,sample blood from abdominal aortic and detected the contents of SOD,MDA,EGF and IL-6.After the last delivery,the rats were killed,and then the tissues in the center of pressure ulcer were collected and tissue slices were observed.RESULTS： Rats of the model group have severe ulcers and necrosis,while those of the treatment groups were much better and the local skin was repaired.After 7 days and 14 days drug administration,compared with model group,the contents of SOD and EGF in each treatment group increased significantly,while the contents of MDA and IL-6 in serum decreased significantly.CONCLUSION： YCL for external use can significantly promote the healing of model rats with pressure ulcer and the mechanism may be related to the increase of the contents of SOD and EGF and the decrease of the contents of MDA and IL-6 in the serum.
