人参皂苷Rg1的中枢药理作用及多靶点机制研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 综述Rg1在脑内的多靶点药理作用及机制研究,为揭示Rg1对中枢神经系统的作用及新药开发前景提供参考。检索Pubmed数据库及CNKI数据库,对近年来国内外相关研究进行梳理,总结归纳人参皂苷Rg1对中枢系统相关疾病动物模型、相关脑区、神经细胞、脑内受体及信号通路的影响。人参皂苷Rg1对动物多种中枢神经系统疾病模型具有治疗作用,作用于皮层、海马、纹状体、下丘脑等多个脑区,影响神经递质的合成与释放,促进神经细胞生长、神经突触的发生,发生保护神经元,促进神经干细胞分化等,其作用机制涉及神经细胞受体、信号通路及蛋白质水平的变化。 Review of multiple target effect and mechanism of ginsenoside Rg1 in the brain.Providing reference for the reveal of Rg1 on central nervous system function and drug development prospects.Through the retrieval of the related research at home and abroad on the Pubmed and CNKI database in recent years,summarized the impact of ginsenoside Rg1 on related disease in animal models,brain areas,nerve cells,receptors and signal pathway in the central nervous system.Ginsenoside Rg1 has effect on the treatment of several animal disease models in central nervous system.It plays an important role in the cortex,hippocampus,striatum,hypothalamus,etc.And Rg1 affects the synthesis and release of neurotransmitters,protects neurons,promotes the growth of nerve cells,occurrence of neural synapse and the differentiation of neural stem cells.The mechanism involves the change of nerve cell receptors,signal pathway and the cotent of protein.
