农村幼儿教师的心理素质应包括:良好的师德、敏锐的观察力和洞察力、积极的心态和乐观的态度、良好的创新精神与实践能力。可以采取以下措施:加强对教师师德方面的培训和教育及指导、增强教师自我学习的意识和能力、建立健全教师激励和奖励制度。
Rural preschool teachers' psychological quality includes professional ethics, keen observance and insight, positive and optimistic attitude, innovative spirit and practical capability. This research aims to explore the strategies of strengthening the training and instruction of teachers' ethics, enhancing teachers' consciousness and skills in autonomous learning, and establishing relevant incentive and rewarding mechanisms.
