漫谈改革开放初期中共在北京高校的思想政治教育(1978—1985)

CPC's Ideological and Political Education in Institutes of Higher Learning in Beijing at the Initial Stage of Chinese Reform and Openness(1978—1985)

改革开放初期,中共通过一系列思想政治教育手段实现了对高校知识精英的政治化改造,扭转了高校思想政治教育工作的混乱局面,确保了高校的社会主义办学方向。一是恢复并重建高校思想政治理论课程体系,增强思想政治理论课教学的针对性和时效性;二是开展丰富多样的思想政治教育主题活动,培育并弘扬社会主义新风尚;三是建设一支政治立场坚定、业务能力过硬的高校思想政治教育骨干力量,夯实中共在高校思想政治教育工作的组织基础。以上措施的重点在于恢复"文革"前中共在高校思想政治教育的秩序和传统,却因为对青年学生的群体特点和现实诉求关注不足而为资产阶级自由化思想的扩散蔓延留下了空间。

At the initial stage of Chinese reform and openness, in order toachieve the political transform of intellec- tual elite in institutes of higher learning, reverse the chaos of the ideological and political education and ensure the socialist orientation of universities, CPC took a series of measures of restoring and reconstructing the ideology and political theory curriculum system so as to strengthen the pertinence and timeliness of the course, developing various ideological and political education themed activities so as to propagate socialist customs and habits, as well as con- structing a powerful ideological and political education backbone force with firm political standpoint and good pro- fessional skills. Too much emphasis on restoring traditions in ideological and political education before cultural rev- olution and neglect of focusing on features and demands of young students result in spread of liberal ideas of the bourgeoisie.
