反腐倡廉关口应该前移到哪里?

与其他领域相比,教育领域的反腐倡廉呈现出自身特征,具有治本的价值和意义。应根据我国腐败问题的教育特征,探索产生腐败的原因和遏制的方法。我国的党政领导干部和一切公职人员,其"前身"就是"高等院校的大学生"。只有把反腐倡廉关口前移至高等教育,充分发挥高等院校的教育功能,培养我国社会主义现代化未来建设者正确的廉政观,立德树人,真正从源头上铲除腐败滋生蔓延的思想基础,从不敢腐、不能腐向不想腐转变,才能达到反腐倡廉的治本目标。

Compared with anti-corruption in other fields, anti-corruption in education field is distinctively charac- terized by its significance and value of permanent cure. Because the Party and government officials were once uni- versity students, the ultimate purpose of anti-corruption can only be achieved by giving full play to the education functions of institutions of higher learning, developing correct concept of integrity and ethics, thus uprooting the i- deological base of corruption, and changing people from being fearful to corrupt, unable to corrupt to unwilling to corrupt.
