摘要
大型发电厂封闭母线绝缘下降的现象时有发生,严重影响了电厂的安全生产。结合国华公司发生的封闭母线绝缘故障事件,从密封性能下降、内部结露、绝缘子或绝缘支架的绝缘性能不良以及固体物在内部形成搭接桥4方面出发,深刻剖析了封闭母线绝缘下降的原因。在此基础上,提出了提高密封性能、防止结露发生、增强绝缘材料性能以及减少搭接桥现象的措施。实践证明,采用这些措施后,封闭母线绝缘水平有了显著的提高。
Insulation deterioration of enclosed bus often occurs in the large power plant, which has seriously affect- ed the safety operation of the plant. Combining with insulation fault events of enclosed bus occurred in Guohua company, the reasons for insulation deterioration of enclosed bus are analyzed from four aspects, sealing perform- ance decline, internal condensation, poor insulation performance, and internal lap bridge. To improve sealing per- formance, prevent condensation, enhance insulation material properties and reduce internal lap bridge, some meas- ures are suggested based on the reasons analyzed in this paper. After taking these measures, the insulation level of enclosed bus is improved significantly.
