摘要
校园犯罪因为主体身份的特殊性而备受关注。从犯罪类型来看,主要涉及组织类犯罪、财产型犯罪与人身型犯罪。总结这些犯罪的特点,加强法律教育,培养法律意识,健全防范措施,既是高校贯彻"以人为本"教育理念,体现高校安全教育责任感的重要表现,又是预防青年学生冲动犯罪、无意识受损,帮助青年学生健康成长的重要内容。
Campus crime is concerned due to the special identity of subjects. From the types of crime, it mainly relates to the kind of organized crime, property crime and personal type of crime. It both reflects that colleges and universities carry out to the people-oriented education philosophy and the responsibility of universities safety education, and is an important content of prevention young students from impulsive crime and unconsciously be damaged and help of healthy growth of young students that sums up the characteristics of these crimes, strengthens legal education, cultivates awareness of the law and improve the preventive measures,
