摘要
对食品感官品评的教学进行反思与总结,从教学时间安排、教学内容选取、教学方法设计以及考核方式几个方面加以分析,提出意见和改进方法,以期提高教学质量,适应食品相关专业学生实践与就业的需要。
The author reflects, summarizes and analyzes the teaching methods of food sensory evaluation from several aspects, such as the arrangement of teaching period, the selection of teaching contents, teaching methods and testing methods, trying to put forward some suggestions and improvements in order to improve the teaching quality and meet the needs of the students' practice and employment.
