摘要
本文通过对辐射器辐射特性与谷物吸收特性的研究,为谷物辐射干燥系统参数的选择提供理论依据。根据辐射干燥理论,研究了不同辐射材料的辐射特性及不同条件下的辐射器强度特性;分析了不同谷物的吸收光谱,并对谷物辐射穿透性进行了研究。得出了辐射器辐射特性与谷物吸收特性之间的最佳匹配关系。
Through the study on radiation radiator and absorption characteristics of grain the grain, we provided a theoretical basis for the radiation drying system parameters for grain selection. According to radiation drying theory to study the radiation characteristics of the radiation of different materials and under different conditions of radiator strength characteristics; analysis of the different grain absorption spectra, and the grain radiation penetration were studied. Obtained the optimum matching relationship between the characteristics of absorption radiator and radiation characteristic of grain.
