护理干预对宫颈癌患者术后化疗期间生活质量及依从性的影响

Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Compliance and Quality of Life in the Postoperative Chemotherapy Period in Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨护理干预对宫颈癌患者术后化疗期间生活质量和依从性的影响。方法:选择行宫颈癌根治术的患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预,比较二者生活质量和依从性。结果:两组患者化疗前QLQ-C30量表功能领域、症状领域、单项问题及总的健康问题四个领域评分相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗结束,观察组患者QLQ-C30量表各领域评分较本组化疗前无变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组患者QLQ-C30量表各领域评分较本组化疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者化疗依从性为0级19例、Ⅰ级13例、Ⅱ级4例、Ⅲ级3例和Ⅳ级1例,优于对照组的0级12例、Ⅰ级10例、Ⅱ级8例、Ⅲ级6例、Ⅳ级4例,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者术后化疗期间实施护理干预,可有效改善患者的生活质量,提高患者化疗依从性。

Objective： To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life in the postoperative chemotherapy period of patients with cervical cancer. Method： A total of 80 eligible patients who underwent radical correction for cervical cancer were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given usual care,while the observation group given nursing intervention,and the compliances and qualities of life were compared between the two groups. Result： Before chemotherapy,the patients of the two groups had similar scores of function,symptom,single question,and overall heath question of QLQ-C30 scale,and the differences were statistically insignificant（ P〈0. 05）; at the end of chemotherapy,the patients of the observation group had insignificantly changed score of each field of QLQ-C30 scale when compared with that of the same group before chemotherapy（ P〈0. 05）,while the patients of the control group had significantly decreased score of each field of QLQ-C30 scale when compared with that of the same group before chemotherapy（ P〈0. 05）. Of the patients of the observation group,the numbers of patients with level-0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,and Ⅳ chemotherapy compliances were 19,13,4,3,and 1,respectively,and significantly better than those of the control group（ 12,10,8,6,and 4,respectively）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention used in the postoperative chemotherapy period can effectively improve the quality of life and elevate the chemotherapy compliance in patients with cervical cancer.
