The Open University of Japan,as a distance educational institution of higher education for adults,has developed good targeted,easy to understand and operational personnel training goals and a set of standards for program and curriculum.In order to ensure the quality of teaching,it has established the corresponding organization and teams,formulated the corresponding quality assurance measures and adopted feasible evaluation way of monitoring the quality of teaching.In addition,the Open University has made full use of the routine of school professional or non-professional assessment opportunity of the education appraisal institution to promote the school teaching quality assurance and improvements.
