随着我国经济健康快速地发展,人民群众的物质需求基本得到满足;与此同时,如何满足人们日益高涨的精神文化需求,成为中国特色社会主义文化发展道路的瓶颈。构建现代公共文化服务体系则是保障人民群众文化需求、建设文化强国的重要制度。江苏省的经济建设成果在全国名列前茅,在公共文化服务体系建设方面也积极探索,近几年取得了一定的成绩,但也暴露出一些问题。在经济新常态时期,在"互联网+"技术背景下,如何构建现代公共文化服务体系的思路成为值得关注的话题。
