论本雅明翻译观中的“拱廊直译”

On “Arcade Literalness” in Benjamin's Translation Perspective

本雅明在《译者的任务》中间接提到的"拱廊直译"这一概念至今鲜有人提及。本文从本雅明的语言观出发,根据《译者的任务》中的主要概念和"拱廊直译"的关系,论述了"拱廊直译"的重要性和用途,并结合具体例子深入阐述其具体表现形式和优越性,最后对"拱廊直译"的方法作出两点总结。

The derivative concept of ＂Arcade Literalness＂in Benjamin＇s The Task of the Translator by far has been seldom mentioned. In line with Benjamin＇s linguistic viewpoint and based on the major concepts and their relationship with Arcade Literalness in The Task of the Translator,the significance and function of the concept are elaborated in the article,followed by more deliberations on its advantages and specific forms supported with concrete illustrations. Finally,the method of Arcade Literalness is summed up in two points.
